Deal Parameters

  • Advance amounts: $25,000 to $5,000,000

  • Time in business: 6 months minimum

  • Monthly revenue: $30,000 minimum

  • Ownership: 51%+ U.S. citizen or permanent resident

  • Positions: 1st position and up

  • Industries: B2B, B2C, trucking, construction, restaurants, retail, healthcare, professional services, auto, and more

  • Term lengths: 3 to 9 months typical

We do not fund: Cannabis-touching businesses, adult entertainment, firearms manufacturers, payday lenders, or businesses domiciled in Puerto Rico, Virginia, or California.

HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS

The Process

  1. Apply to become an approved ISO. Fill out the partnership form below. We review and board approved ISOs before any deals can be submitted.

  2. Sign the ISO Agreement. Once approved, we send over our ISO Agreement and Partner Guidelines, which cover commission structure, payment schedule, renewal policy, and all operational details.

  3. Start submitting deals. After signing, you're cleared to submit. Most approved ISOs are boarded within 24–48 hours.
