Note: New York State enacted legislation (S3114A, effective June 2024) requiring all New York state agencies and contractors to conform to the most current WCAG standards. As a company doing business with New York entities, we monitor these requirements closely.

3.4 California Unruh Civil Rights Act

California's Unruh Civil Rights Act provides broad civil rights protections to California residents, including protections against disability-based discrimination in digital environments. Hybrid Funder LLC is committed to providing accessible services to California-based business owners and applicants.

3.5 Air Carrier Access Act and Other Federal Statutes
