About these terms

These terms describe use of hybridfunder.com and the Hybrid Funder SMS program. Hybrid Funder is operated by Tinaz Enterprises LLC d/b/a Hybrid Funder. Website and funding services

Use this website for lawful business purposes and provide accurate information you are authorized to submit. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or submit malicious content. Do not provide bank login credentials through this website.

Hybrid Funder connects businesses with third-party commercial funding partners and investors and coordinates submissions and communications. We do not directly issue the funding offered through this website. Providers determine eligibility, approval, amounts, costs, terms and timing. An application is not a funding commitment, and submitting one does not obligate you to accept an offer. Funding is for business purposes only. Products and availability vary by provider and location. We may receive compensation for arranging funding; ask your contact about applicable compensation and fees.

Any funding transaction is governed by the separate provider agreement and required disclosures. These website terms do not replace those documents. Calculators, examples and educational materials are informational and are not offers, guarantees, or legal, tax or accounting advice. Seek advice from your own qualified professionals when appropriate.

Hybrid Funder SMS program

Only business owners who submit the Hybrid Funder business funding application and affirmatively select its optional SMS checkbox may enroll. Messages are automated transactional communications about an existing submitted application: application status, missing-document reminders, appointment scheduling, and customer support. We do not send marketing, promotional loan offers, purchased-lead outreach, or third-party promotional messages through this SMS program. Providing a phone number or submitting a form without selecting the SMS checkbox does not enroll you.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, purchasing, or receiving services. SMS consent is separate from general application authorization. You confirm that you are authorized to use the number provided. Contact us if the number changes or is reassigned.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s charges and terms apply. Delivery and availability depend on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out, reply STOP to any program text. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, call (347) 201-2367, or email deals@hybridfunder.com. You can also contact us directly to revoke consent. Opting out of texts does not cancel an application or alter a separate funding agreement. Contact us by phone or email for continued assistance.

Privacy and SMS consent data

Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, sharing and privacy requests. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from application-information sharing and will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as necessary to operate and support our messaging program, subject to appropriate restrictions.

Content, third parties and changes

Website content and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use the site to evaluate our services; do not reproduce or misuse protected material without permission or a legal right. Third-party sites and funding providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or services.

We aim to keep information accurate but website information and availability may change. No website statement guarantees approval or a particular funding outcome. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
